Hey there! I’m Chanel, the ‘C’ in GIFTED BY C.

Welcome to my passion project, side hobby and the platform where I unleash my creativity to the world. Between studying full time at University and working in the real estate industry, Gifted By C is where I let my creativity flow.

Peak COVID-19 in 2021, I started this business after my mum and my late grandfather inspired me to do something that would make me happy and help me learn, grow and understand not only myself better, but also interact with the world around me.

The art of gift-giving runs deep in my family and is definitely all of our love languages. In the best and worst of times a small gift ~ a gesture of love and gratitude, can make any day better and put a smile on anyone’s face. I am constantly inspired by my family, my friends and those around me - each line I release, each product I create and everything I share is all carefully curated by myself ~ a one woman show!

Those who know me know that i am inspired by my family and friends and the immense amount of love that surrounds me, and in saying that, 2026 has a lot coming for GIFTED BY C. 

In june this year, I lost my dad to cancer, like losing my grandfather also to cancer in 2021, the love, warmth and comfort around me helped get me through the hardest times in my life…. a memorial range has been in the making for a long time, and I hope that any piece in this range brings a small amount of love and hope to those who have experienced the same hardships I have. 

I grew up in a big family full of tradition, with the best two brothers, parents and grandparents. Recently, my older brother and sister in law had their first child - the most beautiful baby boy, and I became an aunty for the first time. Some of you may know over the years i have curated some beautiful baby keepsake pieces ~ very soon will be released a baby collection (I had the best inspiration for this project!) 

I look forward to continuing working with all the amazing people i meet through this business, and am so grateful for the low and support that you have all given me throughout the years. here’s to many more passion projects!
